Brief Introduction: It was approved to be established as one of the national border economic cooperation zone by the State Council in Dec. 1992.The zone is an important part of Buole city, the capital of Buoertala Mongolia autonomous prefecture, and is developing new area based on the old city. It plans to cover 7.83 sq.km and its outset is 0.78sq.km with “six throughs and one levelled”. Its industry section covers 4.85 sq.km, which is 61.9% of the planed area. The zone is dependent on national first-level railway and highway port, the Ala mountain port, with good potency of development
