Brief Introduction:
1. Advantageous Geographical Location: At the south bank of Xiameng Bay, to the east is Taiwan Strait, Zhaoyin Port in the zone is a multi-functional port in south Xiameng, and was announced to be one test port for the transportation direct to Taiwan by Ministry of Communications in Aug. 1996.
2. Advantageous Facilities: Infrastructure facilities have been completely equipped, such as water supply, power supply, drainage, post and telecommunications, roads, etc. Living facilities have been also been made, such as sets of standard factory building, golf course, hotel, filling station, etc.
3. Advantageous Price: More preferential prices on land leasing, water, charge of port are kept stable, which improves the capital returns for the investors.
