Brief introduction: Haerbin high-tech development zone consists of Nangang convergence quarter, Yingbin road convergence quarter, bungalow convergence quarter and 4 university quarters. Nangang convergence quarter and 4 university quarters are located in the center of the city. There are convenient transportation, graceful environment, and abundant manpower resources in these quarters, so it is very convenient to combination and communion of manufacturing, learning and researching. Yingbin Road convergence quarter is located near the airport road, it has advantages of predominant geographical position and low land renting price. It is planed to exploit Yingbin Road convergence quarter amounting to 12.2 square kilometers areas.
2 square kilometers' start quarter will be developed in 1998 and at the same time the construction of basic facilities such as water, electric power, communications, road etc. will be carried out.
