Ningbo Observatory reported high temperature would hit Ningbo in coming days. Because of sustained scorching heat, the demand for electricity is much higher than the supply. Therefore, on July 20, Ningbo Municipal Government held a news conference and announced the shortage of electricity was up to 5-grade--- the highest grade. It is said during the period of 5- grade, Ningbo Government will put the electricity for living application at top priority and ensure the safety of the grids.
